 Q. Am I able to adjust the Loving Pixies picnic packages?

Our packages are set as a guide and we’re happy to adjust elements accordingly if they don't meet your event needs. If you have a certain idea for your picnic event, let our Loving Pixies work with you to create some magic!

 Q. How long is my event booking for?

Romantic picnics are for a 2 hour hire period.

Group picnics are for a 3 hour hire period with extended hire available on request at $40 + GST per hour thereafter.

 Q. Which event locations do the Loving Pixies​ offer?

We specialise in event locations within 25km of central Perth, however we’re happy to discuss locations further north or south of the river as well as Swan Valley with you. Event location subject to shire permit requirements and event date. Locations further than 25km from central Perth are subject to a 20% surcharge. Locations beachside are subject to 20% inventory cleaning surcharge.

 Q. Can we have a picnic event in our home/back garden?

For sure, if privacy is your thing, we’re happy to accommodate. We ask you’re mindful of the event space needs. For a group of 18 guest to picnic comfortably we recommend a minimum event space of approx. 30m2.

 Q. I need help with arranging additional event elements for my picnic, can the Loving Pixies help me?

Yes, and we would be delighted to. With an extensive vendor list ranging from caterers, cake suppliers, florists (gift flowers), musicians and photographers, together we will ensure your picnic event is the best ever. Vendor assistance is subject to 20% event management surcharge.

 Q. Can I drink alcohol at my booking?

In WA, consumption of alcohol in a public place is illegal, unless a permit is sought. If you require a permit for your event, please let us know, we will assist you in contacting the relevant shire.

 Q. I would love the Loving Pixies to help me with my lux picnic event, How do I book?

Woohoo we’re excited to receive your event inquiry; our contact page has all the information you need to get in touch. 

 Q. What is your payment procedure?

Our Terms & Conditions page has all the information you need. To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit with the remainder 50% payment due two weeks prior to your picnic event date. If your event date is within two weeks of your booking date, full payment of 100% is due. 

 Q. Are prices GST inclusive? 

All picnic packages as well as applicable surcharges exclude GST. 

 Q. Do you need a bond to secure the event booking?

Our Terms & Conditions page has all the information you need. Yes, credit card details must be provided at the time of booking along with your deposit or full payment. We will not charge your credit card unless required under the terms & conditions of booking provide to you. 

 Q. What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Our Terms & Conditions page has all the information you need. All deposits or full payments are non-refundable if you are unable to proceed with your event booking, with the exception the picnic event should be cancelled due to unpredictable weather.

 Q. Unpredictable weather, what if it rains?

Our Terms & Conditions page has all the information you need. No one wants to hold a rainy picnic event, we get it! We’re happy to work with you to rebook for an alternative date. Should an alternative date not suit your needs, a full refund will be provided.

 Q. My numbers have changed, can you help?

We’re happy to help where possible, however once your booking is secured with a deposit paid, we will be unable to amend your guest numbers if less guest are able to attend your event. In the circumstance, your numbers have increased we will do our best to accommodate subject to inventory and Pixie staff availability.
